DESCRIPTIONS OF PRODUCTS

thehaberdasher.in and its affiliates make every effort to be accurate.

 However, thehaberdasher.in does not guarantee those product descriptions or other content on this site are correct, complete, reliable, up to date, or error-free. If a product offered by thehaberdasher.in does not meet your expectations, your only option is to return it in unused condition. The colour shown in the image may vary slightly.

SHIPPING

In India, we give Cheap SHIPPING on all orders. We deliver products in timeline of Minimum 7 - Maximum 15 business days.

International orders will incur shipping charges based on volumetric dimensions and weights

All THE HABERDASHER orders are shipped internationally from our store in Bangalore, India to the shipping address you provide. Due to the nature of international shipping, a customer may be required to pay additional fees on occasion.

Import duties and taxes are imposed once a shipment arrives in your country. The vast majority of orders will be exempt from additional fees. However, we are unable to predict when and how much these rare customs duties will be levied. If additional customs charges are imposed, the customer is responsible for paying these additional fees.

The Haberdasher and the courier service accept no responsibility for orders that are not delivered because such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide refunds in such cases.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, please let us know.

If something you ordered from the haberdasher is damaged or defective, please contact us at contactus@thehaberdasher.in and we will assist you.

There is no exchange or refund policy.

RETURNS FROM ABROAD

We do not accept merchandise exchanges on international orders. If you receive any merchandise from us that is not in good condition, is damaged, or is defective, please contact us at contactus@thehaberdasher.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.

No refunds on international orders, including customer-paid duties, taxes, and tariffs.

SIZING

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted.

WASHING CARE AND PRODUCT PROPERTIES

All haberdasher products are lovingly handcrafted. Handcrafted products have subtle variations in colour and finish. Our products are unique in that they are made by hand using embroidery and dyeing techniques.

All garments must be dry cleaned in accordance with the wash care instructions provided on the website.

COLORS: 

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.
